Lady Of The Waters

We've gone in a bit of a different direction lately at work, away from some of the novelty looks and more of a fashion sort of feel..with that move, I've been given a bit of free reign to design some more graphic design oriented prints and screens. Here are two...the one with the lady has a sea theme, but the one with the dog is more about pure design than anything...no hidden meanings...just a bunch of disparate elements juxtaposed together.

Nice stuff. I like the one with the dog the best. The coloring and overlapping imagery reminds me of Neo Rauch- one of my favorite current artists.

Thanks! he does say that. Just not in this picture. In this one he's actually saying 'Help me!, my hind legs are getting sucked into some sort of beigh vortex!!'

Man fashion is so weird these days!
where da monsters at?

Ha! Monsters are around..hey, check that Octopus! Those things are about as close to real life monsters as yer gonna get! Not to mention that vicious, snarling German Sheperd!

But, yeh..some of the fashion graphics are pretty out there..but I dig it from the pure design perspective and the way shapes, textures and colors interact.
