Recollections - Halloween 2011 Vampire Lenticular Stickers

This lenticular Vampire sticker set was one of the more fun projects I've had the opportunity to work on over the last year. It was part of a large Halloween collection that's made it's way to Michael's store shelves this week. Lenticular stickers are the kind that change their image when you move them from side to side, allowing for a transitioning picture.  Check out the movie to see how it works. I used public domain portrait photos from the 1800's that I painted over in Photoshop to create the Vampire creature effect.

I just picked these up at M's today. Love them! It is very cool to get to see where they come from. Thanks for sharing your process.

Thanks so much for your comment! We're currently working on the Halloween collection for next year - some fun stuff I think you'll dig, including some new lenticulars...this time with zombies!

I have LOVED these stickers and stocked up on them two years ago. But, Michaels isn't making these anymore. Any chance you're working on a similar project for another company? I'm almost out of my stash of lenticular stickers and I need more!

Hi Christine - Thanks so much! Happy to hear you enjoyed these stickers. They were a lot of fun to work on. Unfortunately, I think the Recollections line shut down, or at least the offices where I worked..all the staff are gone, sad to say.

I'm currently designing and illustrating for Halloween costumes, but alas, no lenticular stickers!

Maybe you can find some on Ebay?
